Working theory:
Air aspiration type seeder is use the high speed fan to produce
negative pressure, and pass on to the vacuum chamber of the seeding
machine. When seeding tray returned, it will adsorb the seed and
rotate with the seed tray. When the seed rool out the vacuum
chamber, it will not bear negative pressure, and fall down to the
tray by the self weight.
1) This machine is air-aspiration type seeder.
2) Adopts mechanical arm type swing equipment, operation is
flexible and convenient.
3) One tray per seeding, high efficiency, the capacity is 220-240
per hour.
4) The seeding accuracy is more than 95%-98%.
5) Have the equipment of seed recovery after seeding.
Shipping and packing:
1.Waterproof packing with the international export standard by 20ft,
40ft, 40hp container.
2. Equipment Fittings, Electric Motor and Power Cabinet will be
packed in Wooden Case or Iron Box. Other equipment will be packed by Color-Stripes Plastic Cloth.
